Privacy app can be acquired as an independent module that can be interfaced with other CRM.

- Personal details: name and surname, and any optional data (specialization, graduation year, etc.).
- Contact information: address, email address, phone numbers, etc.

Personal information database can be populated from existing systems in any electronic format. Privacy will be distributed to all Reps involved in the process. The collection of the consent will be on the device, where the doctor will be able to sign. Upon request, as a receipt, the Rep will generate the signed form and send it via e-mail. The collected consents will be stored in the local database and, once aligned with the head office, in the central database of the Privacy system. The information, within the Privacy data warehouse, can be analyzed thanks to the Analytic modules of the suite that allow head office staff to follow the progress of the collection. Upon request, at any time , it will be possible to produce the form with the signature of the Doctor. As they will be incorporated new doctors in Privacy databases, collection will continue without the need for continuous Privacy forms reprints.
